What is your no-show policy?

We understand that emergencies and other scheduling conflicts occur and are sometimes unavoidable. However, advance notification allows us to fulfill other clients’ scheduling needs, keep our services as available as possible to the needs of the community, and keeps the clinic operating at its most efficient level. Please provide 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Commercially insured and private pay clients who do not provide 24-hour notification will be automatically charged a $50 fee to the credit card on file within 7 days of their missed session. This fee cannot be billed to insurance and is the responsibility of the client. Clients with Medicaid are not eligible for a fee but still must respect this policy.
