I am honored to serve as Interim Clinical Director, where I continue my mission of guiding clinicians toward transformation, connection, and healing. Whether through practicing therapy, psychedelic coaching, or professional supervision and training, I am dedicated to fostering freedom, vitality, and profound meaning in the lives of those I work with. It is a privilege to walk alongside others on their journey toward growth and self-discovery.

My career has been rooted in a deep commitment to helping adults heal from developmental trauma and adult-onset PTSD with compassion and evidence-based care. Over the past 25 years, I have immersed myself in innovative research, advanced training, and the development of integrative therapeutic approaches to support lasting safety and freedom within the mind, body, and spirit.

My expertise spans a wide range of modalities, including Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, advanced EMDR techniques, attachment work, art therapy, and functional nutrition. I specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating the impacts of childhood neglect, abuse, addiction, combat trauma, and patterns of self-harm or self-defeat. My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and tailored to each individual's needs.

I hold a Master of Arts in Contemplative Psychotherapy from Naropa University, where I cultivated a contemplative and Tibetan Buddhist perspective that permeates all aspects of my work. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC), and Advanced Clinical Supervisor (ACS), dedicated to empowering individuals and clinicians alike to transform their lives and practices.
