Kelsey Geiger, LPCC
Hi, I’m Kelsey. As a lifelong lover of the creative process and a sensitive person, I’ve always been attuned to the worlds of feeling, sensing, and perceiving. I believe that our feelings and sensations hold valuable wisdom, guiding us toward healing and greater self-awareness. In a world that often prioritizes “thinking first” and “feeling later,” this can show up as disconnection in mind and body, chronic contracted states, and even physical and emotional imbalance in some ways.
Together, we’ll work to gently shift to connecting mind with the body, helping you restore balance, health, and well-being at a deeper level. Developing and deepening the relationship with mind and body can be a powerful tool for healing. I support individuals navigating chronic pain, anxiety, trauma, and those who consider themselves highly sensitive. I truly believe that the answers you seek already exist within you, and my role is to walk alongside you, offering support and guidance on your unique journey.
I have received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Transpersonal Art Therapy from Naropa University. I’m also a certified yoga teacher and trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). My approach integrates talk therapy, art therapy, KAP, and somatic-informed techniques, creating a compassionate and creative space for exploration, healing, and peace. If you have any questions or would like to learn more about working together, I’d love to hear from you.
